his highly decorated career, Tom has coached numerous individuals and high performing teams

Tom
truly enjoys learning, training, coaching, and teaching. He completed a Master's degree in Organizational
Leadership (with a concentration in Training & Development) at the
University of Denver. In addition to being an active member of the
American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), Tom is currently
Vice-President of Marketing (Social Media) for the Pikes Peak Chapter in Colorado Springs.
He is also a member of the National Speakers Association.
